We are the Society of Women Engineers chapter at the University of Minnesota.
SWE was founded in 1950 and can be found in all 50 states and internationally. With over 35,000 members, the friendships, connections, and opportunities are endless.
Our Mission
Stimulate women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity.
